at Nightclub & Bar Expo

BevTec Product Provides State of the Art Costing and Inventory Control for Beverage Industry

LAS VEGAS - Jan. 25, 2000 — - Culinary Software Services, Inc. debuted their latest Windows 98/95/NT/2000 cost control software solution for the hospitality industry, at this year's Nightclub & Bar Show.

BevTec includes over 1100 inventory items, everything from premium, brand names to generic items that are the basics to every bar operation. As well, it provides users with 1400 drink recipes that can be modified and copied. BevTec is designed to improve profit margins by tracking fluctuating costs and directly comparing vendors' prices. Updated costs automatically update every recipe. BevTec's inventory control features also include automated ordering based on user set par levels.
