Online Electronic Recipe Books for ChefTec Users

New Range of Electronic Recipe Books Online to Enhance ChefTec Software

BOULDER, Colo. - June 11, 2001— Culinary Software Services has made downloading electronic recipe books from the internet available to ChefTec users. Electronic recipe books can be downloaded directly into ChefTec. Through the use of ChefTec, recipes can be modified or rescaled depending on the event. Users can also lookup recipes based on an ingredient or menu category, and any other ChefTec recipe function.

Culinary Software Services has also enhanced its range of electronic recipe books available for downloading. One of the featured electronic books is Food For Fifty, 11th ed. (published by Prentice Hall 2001), by Mary Molt. Food For Fifty is a culinary school mainstay, with recipes and essential principles for large scale cooking. With 600 Food For Fifty recipes loaded into ChefTec, users can easily print, edit and cost recipes.

Along with featured books, Culinary Software Services has added some free and sample books, allowing users to see recipes before they purchase the full electronic book.
