BOULDER, Colo. – Wednesday, January 20, 2010 --

announced that Father Joe's Villages of San Diego, CA, has purchased
ChefTec Ultra to manage their foodservice program. Father Joe's Villages is a mission-style
campus located in the heart of San Diego that houses 900 families, single men and single women every night
and serves more than 3,000 meals each day.
The foodservice management team at Father Joe's Villages will use ChefTec Ultra to centralize
and streamline food production systems and purchasing protocols. As a non-profit organization, Father Joe's
Villages will benefit from ChefTec Ultra's Recipe & Menu Costing features. These costing features will help
them manage their non-profit financial resources most cost-effectively.
