Foodservice BOSS Customers Migrate to ChefTec

Culinary Software Services and Symbiotic Systems Arrange Conversion

BOULDER, Colo. - Dec. 4, 2000 —Culinary Software Services (CSS), Inc. announced an arrangement with Symbiotic Systems, Inc. where customers using Symbiotic System's Foodservice BOSS will migrate to CSS's ChefTec™ software.

A conversion program to ChefTec is available to Foodservice BOSS customers using Incredibly Simple Inventory and Incredibly Simple Recipes. Foodservice BOSS customers currently covered by a support plan can receive this conversion program for a nominal fee. As well, support on ChefTec will be continued for the term of their Symbiotic support plan. For customers not covered by a Symbiotic support plan, they may receive the conversion program at a substantially discounted price with 30 days of free support.
