ChefTec Version 5 Leading the Foodservice Software Industry in Inventory Control, Recipe Costing and Nutritional Analysis

ChefTec Version 5 brings more options to foodservice operators for back-of-the-house management. Enhancements include improved network support, a new "Quick Bid Update" screen, and a new "Credits from Vendors" report to make tracking credits owed trouble-free.

As consumers use the convenience of the internet, ChefTec Version 5 allows downloading of prices, purveyors product codes, inventory lists and electronic recipe books making ChefTec Version 5 convenient and time saving.

Additions were made to ChefTec Help including information on perpetual inventory, instructions on using ChefTec PDA and an explanation of how on-hand inventory is calculated. Also, ChefTec Client Version 5 works with the new CorTec program.
