Zyng Noodlery Adopts ChefTec Plus for Corporation and Franchisees

Corporate rollout planned for January 2003

MONTREAL, QC - November 21, 2002 - Zyng Noodlery, with headquarters in Montreal, Canada and Alexandria, Virginia has announced approval of ChefTec Plus as the Operations Control Software for Zyng Noodlery restaurants.

Zyng International has recently sold certain development rights for seven cities to seven different groups. In addition, and separate, an agreement has been concluded with HMS Host to develop airport sites in several airports in North America. Arnold Shostak, President and Founder of Zyng Noodlery, said, "We are most excited with the relationship established with HMSHost and look forward to developing formats which are best suited for the variety of locations HMSHost operates." The first location planned under this new agreement will open in 2003 at the Lester B. Pearson International Airport, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
