A CSS trainer can come to a central location specified by the customer and train a large number of your ChefTec users at one time.
Time to Arrange: 2 weeks. Cost: Airfare, plus accommodations, plus $1000 per day.
Programming to Modify or Create Customized Reports
For customers that need to have reports other than the standard reports that ship with ChefTec, CSS can either modify existing reports or create new reports to meet a customer needs.
Note: This must be done before CD's are shipped, or it will require an Update to each user.
Time to Program: 3-4 weeks. Cost: Quote
Custom Programming to "lock" Corporate Recipes
ChefTec can be programmed to make corporate recipes "read only". This will enable your organization to create recipes that can not be modified by their end users. The end user will not be able to add or delete ingredients from recipes, or change their portions. The user will be able to re-scale recipes.
Note: This must be done before CD's are shipped, or it will require an Update to each user.
Time to Program: 1 week. Cost: $5000
Replication of CD's with Customers' Data
In a situation where a company has purchased several copies of ChefTec for field operations, CSS can help the company disseminate corporate data by CD's with the companys' data. Time: 1-3 weeks for replication. Price: dependant on number of CD's to be replicated, as well as Live, Update or Upgrade needed.
Custom Programming for Internet Portal Link from ChefTec
We can add an internet portal in ChefTec so that when a user starts ChefTec it would automatically display a web page that your corporation sets up (CSS can manage this for corporations, if desired). This would be a significant charge, but it would allow Chartwells to communicate with all of your ChefTec users instantaneously. An example of this would be that you could post new recipes to this web page and then users could download the new recipes into ChefTec. Note: This must be done before CD's are shipped, or it will require an Update to each user. Time to Program: 1 week. Cost: quote
Shipping of Multi-copy Software Orders to End-Users
CSS can handle the shipping of the ChefTec CD's to the operations via UPS Ground. Time: When CD's and all packaging are complete. Cost: $12/copy
Customized CD Label
CSS can provide CD's with the words "for Your Company Name" printed on them. Time: Approximately 2 weeks. Minimum cost: $800 for setup. Quote for actual number of copies
Customized Jewel Case Insert
CSS can provide jewel case inserts with the words "Your Company Name" on the front and back. The inside will contain installation instructions. Note: no jewel case inserts are used on the regular shipping product. Time: Approximately 3 weeks. Cost: $2500
